If the Democrats could snap their fingers and make all four polls come true, they would take that deal in a minute. They're ahead in three tough states, and Florida was and is a longshot. If the three ties (Iowa, Montana, and Nebraska) go for the Democrats and everything else goes as it is now, the Democrats will get 56 seats. But note carefully, 10 states have a white center in the map and they (and Nebraska) could go either way. At this point, almost anything is possible. (Z)
