If you are RNC Chair Joe Gruters or NRSC Chair Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), you are sitting on a pile of money, but... where do you send it? New Hampshire, yes, and probably Michigan. But beyond that it's tough. You've got a lot of seats, in large and expensive states, to defend. And in most of those, it's possible, or sometimes even probable, the Democrat has a lead of high-single- or low-double-digits. Not a triage task we'd want to take on. (Z)
