Thanks to all the readers who reached out to express concern. Nothing is horribly wrong; it is just that (Z) has had too many days this month of trying to squeeze 30 hours' worth of work into 24 hours, and it caught up with him. Another day's worth of "breather" is going to be needed, but we'll have a post tomorrow with what WOULD have been Friday's news--Pete Hegseth in trouble (?), Mike Johnson's future, Texas shenanigans—and then we'll do questions (and, if time allows, some letters) on Sunday.
